Maia helps bridge the gap between where they've been and the new life they want to create.


About Maia
Maia started her career as a dancer and dance teacher in community arts programs in Colorado. Seeking a deeper understanding of how to help people with their health, she trained in integrative physical therapy, dance therapy (body centered psychology), the creative arts therapies and astrology.
Her desire to help bridge the gap between physical and mental health through body, mind and spirit integration has been a guiding force throughout her career.
Tapping into her 30+ years experience working with groups and individuals, Maia offers unique perspectives on transforming obstacles into opportunities.
She has helped people with adult development, burnout prevention, trauma and grief to overcome limiting beliefs and promote better choices for healthy life balance. She helps people work through life challenges and major transitions by developing skills of creativity and emotional intelligence so they can excel in their endeavors.

People who are struggling with burnout may feel overwhelmed, exhausted and depleted.

failure, unable to live up to constant demands on their time and energy. She helps them learn how to overcome self-doubt, limiting beliefs and the constraints of perfectionism to build new dreams for more meaningful lives.
